Having personal goals that revolve around being cynical and sarcastic can make life difficult, unless you are already both cynical and sarcastic, in which case you have achieved your goals. This is the basis for why I am happy.
One of my favorite things in Austin to do is the get up early on Monday morning and get on a flight. I also enjoy returning on flights into Austin. Other than that, I am also an avid fan of the Austin professional baseball team, which I've heard should be formed any day now.
Most people are surprised when they learn that my father is an investment banker and my mother is a judge. Most people are also angry when they learn that I am lying about my parents. However, I am pretty honest about my nephews, who are the two greatest kids in the entire world. I really love those kids. I hope that as they grow, they will feel increasingly pressure to become professional baseball players, even if they have to take performance enhancing drugs to achieve the goals of their uncle.
I've had a hard time holding a stable job at Trilogy in the last two years. I came to Trilogy to do consulting, but accidentally asked the advice of John Price about what I should do. The next week, on a plane to Philadelphia with Tom Carter, I realized that asking John Price for advice is like asking the French Revolution for a haircut. Regardless, having Tom as a mentor is probably the best thing that ever happened to me at Trilogy (no joke here). From there, I've been in presales, development, and now consulting, all in Selling Chain. I've requested a transfer to the Sporting Goods department several times, but have not received any positive feedback about this request.
I'm also a Scorpio and I enjoy long walks off of tall buildings.
